We put design and construction under one roof in 1994 so that all three answers are the same person. The homeowners below already asked them.
Bob was a complete lifesaver after our previous builder left us without a roof and an expensive bill. Bob stepped in and reestablished trust, which was massive after the first ordeal. Then Bob became a true partner providing advice and counsel to bring our dreams to reality. We provided our input and Bob offered computerized designs to depict exactly what we would see — it was extremely cool to see our housing design change colors and even how the sunlight would hit the house at different times of the day. And the best part — Bob was on-time and below budget, while adding unique features like a space-age toilet or motion lights in the closet. I could not be happier with Berriz design and absolutely love how the project finished.
