Not only do they give you the perfect way to go from the indoors to the outdoors, they can also be designed to provide additional outdoor living space for the homeowners. When we design custom decks, we take all things into consideration including the slope of the land, any drainage issues involved, what areas can support the space of such a structure, and so many more details. Most of all, we focus on the customer’s ideas and the functional needs of the family. ### Patios Building or remodeling patios can often be the right solution to creating a dry and protected area where it’s enjoyable to spend a little outdoor time. We both design and build patios as well as remodel and renovate them. If you have a bare concrete patio or no patio at all, we can help you to solve the problem. All of our patios are custom designed just for you. We have the skill to design the space to where you’d never know that your new patio area wasn’t original to the home. Having no covered porch to enjoy means being exposed to direct sunlight, rain, and any birds flying overhead. Covered porches can be built for your home so that you have a protected area to sit and relax, a nice entryway for guests, or to carry in groceries out of the rain. Our experienced team at Berriz Design Build doesn’t just build standard porches. We customize each feature specifically for you and your family from the floor to the ceiling.
